Welcome to White Karate

We are a small independent karate school in Osceola Iowa that teaches a mixture of Karate and American Kickboxing. We have a strong family focus and believe in respect and personal growth. Our style of martial arts focuses on building situational awareness and applying techniques through controlled drills and sparring.
