Cancellation Policy

Membership Cancellation

White Karate memberships are billed on a recurring basis. A student’s absence from class does not automatically cancel their membership or stop recurring tuition payments.

To cancel a membership, the parent, legal guardian, or adult student must provide notice of cancellation directly to White Karate via email, Facebook Messanger, phone, or in person.

Cancellation Notice

To cancel a membership, the parent, legal guardian, or adult student responsible for the account must provide at least 30 days' advance notice directly to White Karate.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the applicable billing period following the required 30-day notice period. Recurring tuition payments will continue until the cancellation becomes effective.

Important Information

• Non-attendance is not considered cancellation. Tuition will continue to be charged while a membership remains active, even if a student is not attending classes.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted by the parent/legal guardian or adult student responsible for the account.

• Once a cancellation request is received, recurring billing will be stopped in accordance with the membership’s cancellation terms.

• Refunds will generally not be issued for tuition payments made before White Karate receives a cancellation request, including payments made during periods when the student was not attending classes.

• Students are welcome to return to classes before their cancellation takes effect if their membership remains active.

We encourage families to contact us as soon as possible if they wish to discontinue classes or have questions about their membership or billing.
